Simon has deep knowledge of the financial markets, as an Equity derivatives trader, then as a partner and member of the executive for Mako Global derivatives and later running Asian trading at Merryl Lynch, BNP and Macquarie Bank. Currently Simon is a Managing Director at New Harvest Investment Management, one of Australia's leading Agricultulture Funds.

Matt Gray is the founder of Qantex and has extensive experience in Asian Equity Derivatives. Prior to founding Qantex, Matt was a broker at major multinational houses both in Tokyo and Hong Kong. He has worked in the ‘open outcry’ pits in Chicago and London and brings a great depth of experience, insight and integrity to Qantex.

Winnie Lam is a Certified Public Accountant, focusing on finance, clearing, legal & compliance, relationships with regulators, mid-office and business development. Having herself previously worked as an Equity Derivatives Broker she has a deep understanding of the industry.

ADVISOR
Jarl is a leading Fintech entrepreneur and investor, with deep knowledge of the Equity And Commodity Derivatives space. His early career was as with JP Morgan and more recently as Head of Asia for Commerzbank Equity and Commodities Markets before co-founding a regional Fintech firm. Jarl is also heavily involved in the Asian Fintech and Investment scene, and holds several Board seats.
